We process account identifiers, profile preferences, holdings, watchlists, rules, requests and usage records you provide. Hosting and authentication services may process technical and security logs. Optional personal birth date, time, timezone and coordinates are sent to Prokerala only when you request that chart after the displayed consent.

Base44 supplies application hosting, authentication and records. Prokerala supplies astrology calculations. Birthplace search sends the entered place name to Open-Meteo, using GeoNames place data, to return candidate coordinates and time zones. The search does not send your birth date or time. Market vendors receive requested symbols. AI providers may receive research context for interpretation. Authorized administrators can access operational records. When billing is activated, Stripe processes payment details and we retain customer/subscription identifiers and status; the app does not collect card numbers. The configured usage-counter service receives pseudonymous user IDs, request counts and month keys.

Personal birth details stay in page memory unless you choose Save birth details. Saving stores your date, time, birthplace, coordinates and timezone in Base44 against your signed-in account. The app loads those inputs on future visits; chart requests still require the displayed consent. You can update or remove saved details in the Personal screen. Chart results are recalculated on request and are not saved with this birth profile. Previous versions may have left older browser copies. Closing the page does not erase information already processed by vendors. Declining the personal chart does not prevent portfolio tracking.

Account records remain while the account is active and as needed for operation, disputes or legal obligations. Usage counters expire after 62 days from their latest request. Provider data and backups have separate retention constraints. Final account-deletion and backup schedules are pending operational verification; we do not promise immediate deletion from every system.

Use Help & requests to ask for access, correction, export or deletion. We may verify identity and explain any lawful exception. Applicable US state rights depend on your residence and the business's coverage. We will not require a personal astrology chart to process a privacy request.

Access controls and encrypted transport help protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. The service is intended for adults 18 or older. Providers may process information outside your state or country. Do not submit third-party personal birth details without authority.

This build does not implement sale of personal information or behavioral advertising. Additional marketing integrations require a fresh privacy review. Material changes to this notice should be announced before applicable processing changes.
